Customer Reviews
Consistent service as always
This isn't my first time buying from Dufresne, and honestly, it keeps me coming back. I picked up a new Samsung refrigerator this time around. I bought a range from them a couple of years ago, and that experience was smooth, so I had good expectations. They delivered and installed the fridge within a week, just like they did with the range. The delivery guys were professional and careful, no issues at all. Their weekly flyer deals are reliable for appliances. It's nice to know what you're getting without any surprises. I appreciate that consistency.
Good quality, delivery took a while
I ordered a new sectional during their anniversary sale, got about 25% off, which was a pretty good deal. The quality of the sofa itself is solid, much better than what I saw at some other stores. Assembly wasn't too bad, just had to attach the legs. My main gripe was the delivery; it took almost three weeks to arrive after purchase. I understand big items take time, but the tracking wasn't super detailed, so I was a bit in the dark. Customer service was helpful when I called to check, but it would be better if the estimated delivery was more accurate upfront. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, just wish delivery was quicker.
New dresser, fast shipping
Bought a dresser online. It arrived in about 5 days, which was faster than I expected for furniture. Packaging was good, no damage. The dresser looks as pictured. Happy with this order.

Hey, thinking about getting a sofa from Dufresne. How long does delivery usually take for like, Winnipeg? Need it before my in-laws visit next month.
Does Dufresne offer any financing options? Need a new washing machine but don't want to drop all the cash at once.
Anyone successfully used a promo code on their site? I saw a 'newsletter sign up' offer but can't find where to even put it in.
Is there a trick to catching the best deals at Dufresne? Like, are their Black Friday sales actually good or just hyped?
Thinking of getting a fridge from Dufresne, but also looking at The Brick. Anyone have experience comparing their appliance selection or prices?
